Description: WHERE ARE YOU GOING, AND DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GET THERE?

We all have to know two things in any journey, first is where we are currently and where do we want to go.

In our class we will use the GROW model.

G- Establishing the GOAL, which in this case can be the vision of where they will be in 10 years.

R- What is the reality, where are we now

O- What obstacles could stop us, and what can we do proactively to avoid these pitfalls

W- What will YOU DO? Not what we will talk about doing this is where the rubber meets the road.

In any endeavor we have to really ask ourselves are we willing to do what it will take, or would it be just nice if it happened.

We will talk about getting rid of subjective terms like success, good, effective and many others.

Mission: Somewhat like the vision, but it comes down to more of what it is we will provide that will take us to the vision

Values: We all need to have a compass for our lives. Also this will help steer us in decision making.

Building your own Recipe for success, what are the steps you need to take to keep moving toward the vision and your potential.

Please join us for an evening of FUN and networking!! We will begin the evening at Applebee’s in Noblesville at 5pm for drinks. Following drinks, we will head over to Russell Farms for a private bonfire, hot dogs, s’mores, corn maze with scavenger hunt and hay rides! It is going to be a great evening. Please feel free to bring a guest! Cost is only $10/per person.
